Friction Factor for HPDE Pipeline

where can I find friction factors for HPDE pipelines workig with water at normal temperature and pressure (15º, 1 atm.)

fyi see also thread at http://www.bossintl.com/forums/epanet/14320-hazen-williams-c-factor-hdpe-pipe.html (others have apparently also had hard time finding actual published results from working pipelines).
