That sounds a bit like Stinky Pete.

Your dust collector's manual or specification sheet/s should have the information you need. if you've misplaced it, try contacting the manufacturer.

Not all dust collectors are created equally so what works for one will not necessarily work for all. Your 6 bar pulse air pressure may be too much for your filter and it might tear it. It may also accelerate the deterioration of your diaphragm valve requiring frequent replacements. On the other hand, the 6 bars may be enough. I wouldn't know.

So, to reiterate, get the manual and read or contact the manufacturer.

Regards,

Vulcan

"how much time duration should i set to the valves to clean a filter."

Your concern must be to save compressed air/energy by using minimum duration for cleaning, right?

How do you determine that the filter needs cleaning, by measuring differential pressures across the filter or by the raise of upstream pressure of the filter?

Use the same means to check the condition (freeness) of the filter after cleaning. By trial and error adjust the cleaning duration to obtain optimum duration.

As suggested earlier, approach manufacturer. You can have these valves either from Mecair, Goyen, Busch Jost, Asco. So it's best to approach them.
