Calculation for support lug due inclined angle

Daer All

I have one vertical vessel (FPSO) with 4 support lugs, could any one assist me how to design support lug when this vessel inclined around 22.5 degree ( which is will effect on thickness shell, support or not)

If you have any manual calculation, please share to me to study and appreciate if anyone can assist me regarding this matter.

I had written a lug program in MS Excel, do not I believe I got the formulas through ASME.

Register and I'll email it.
