Career Question

10/14/2008 9:28 PM

Have a question? To all construction management I would like to know how to get a job in a larger construction co. I can not understand how a person with 10 years field experience and running his own business for about the same amount of time. Would have such a hard time. ( I don't have a criminal record or drug charges or alcohol problem Would like to work for a larger co, Would like to be involved with a company that will teach me some new ideas and systems.

I believe the education would be excellent. Also job opportunities

Thank You

Hello Guest.

It appears that English is not your first language.

You have not bothered to register at (easy to do and free).

You have not advised your present Location or Country.

You have not advised what "Type of Business you have run for 10 years".

You have not advised your qualifications (If any).

The above would show that you aere genuine in your "Question".

Reply here, with

Kind Regards....

The interviewer seeks answers to just three questions:

  • Can the candidate do the job?
  • Will the candidate do the job?
  • Will the candidate fit the organisation?
