what calculation or table would be necessary to detrmine the flowrates of a pipes

By the way, your question is very vague and it is very difficult to give you a more elaborate answer - for example are you asking -

  1. Flowrates for gravity fed sewer systems?
  2. Flowrates for fluids through pumps?
  3. Flowrates for gases/compressed air/.......
  4. What is the recommended flowrate for a fluid to ensure acceptable pressure drops?
  5. ?...............?................?...........

This will depends on the type of machine. In market it is readily available the flow meters or you can locate the orificemeter or venturi meter and use the manometer to find our flow rate of the pipes
