Unfortunately sir, the solution is to replace the sealed unit with one that is not "stuck" or otherwise destroyed.

Sorry, but no tricks or anything. Its factory sealed period.

It’s true that once a 3-phase hermetic compressor gets mechanically seized, there’s not much that can be done to “unstick” it without damaging the unit further. In most cases, the internal motor windings or mechanical parts have failed, which means replacement is usually the only reliable fix. Some technicians try methods such as applying a megger test to confirm if the windings are shorted or using a crankcase heater to warm the oil in case it’s just a cold-start issue but these rarely help when the compressor is truly locked.

For situations like this, it’s often best to have an experienced technician inspect the entire system before replacing the unit, since a stuck compressor can also be a symptom of other issues such as overcharged refrigerant or poor lubrication. A trusted service provider can properly diagnose whether it’s worth attempting recovery steps or if a replacement is the safer route. They handle these types of compressor faults frequently and can ensure the new unit runs efficiently without the same problem repeating.
