books like these do not make the best sellers list, so is very hard to find even if they exist. Its something you may have to piece together.

Start by defining the environment, and elements;

gasous,dust, volitile materials, temperature sensitivity, corosive

Best way is to read the standards IEC 60079 series. They are many and you need to read basic generic standard + methods relevent to you.
