Dear sir,

I would like to know the specific power consumption of DI (Deionised) water plant and for RO plant for per litre production of water for worst case and best case will help us for to finalise the load details for our new project tentatively.

¡¡¡ More Info for sure !!! What size plant are you referring to, 2 or 2000 GPM?

Beginning stage salinity level (depending on your location)?

Auxiliary pumps for lift and transfer?

Preferably specific voltage, type of unit you are referring to...

Fresh water can certainly be a costly endeavor, if you are in the planing stages you really must take your time and weigh all the factors for your SPECIFIC application and needs to get it right the first go a round.

For instance if you are working in the open ocean, you wouldn't have much more than the salinity to deal with. In other places you would be best off to look into pre filtering the water as much as is practical to avoid fouling your membranes.

This will all need to be factored when calculating the cost of the finished product.

Remember as well that all machines require maintenance and a good idea of your specific R.O. high pressure pump, valves, membranes, etc. will need to be narrowed down.

I realize that when its all said and done, this really isn't much of an answer. But its the best I could offer with the information given.

It depends entirely upon the membranes selected, the configuration of the plant and the way it is operated. All membrane manufacturers distribute software with which the specific energy consumption figure can be calculated. So, the next stop is the selected membrane manufacturer's technical advice telephone number.
