principle operation of a tarnsformer ratiometer

hello great ones

i would like to kno the principle opeartion of a 3 phase transformer ratiometer and how does it able to pick up the turns ratio and the phase degree.how do i do a comfirmation calcululation to get the same values?

I can't find anything on tarnsformers..I think tarns are formed by highland glaciation...does that help?
