regeding load calculation

one mcc panel contains feeders for 4 nos 5 hp motor,2 nos 10hp motor,3 nos 3hp motor,3 nos 1.5 hp motor.what will be the amps rating of incoming feeder?

It will depend on your local code requirements. The information given does not provide facts to make any determination of conductor size for anything.

Please note the following provided that all motor will be run at their full efficiency:

1-Main Circuit Breaker 3 Phase: 100 amp

Cable Size: 35 mm2 X 4-core one core for neutral

will need more information such as the voltage,distance from source,voltage drop allowable,ambient temprature ,type of cable layings i.e grouped ,undergraound etc.
