Your best information regarding "Brief Technical Specification" will come from the manufacturer. Try a search engine with the model name and number. What we do here is talk about thing like why do we need to use a SMPS instead of a full wave bridge with a big ole capacitor.

RS Components (usual disclaimer) do a technical datasheet for many of the products stocked, including SMPSs. Try their website for starters?
