Hello Guest,

Which product do you intend actually using after the separation: Water or burnt oil?

Is the oil transformer oil, or engine oil, or other oil? - advise please.

Water is easily removed by use of a filter press, which heats the water/oil mixture, drawing off the water via a vacuum above the heated liquid.

A centrifugal separator - see Alfa-Laval, will also enable separating the oil from the water.

If you intend re-using the "burnt oil" it will need re-refining, and that process is quite complex.

Advise back here, with

Kind Regards....

You may try looking up Coffin World Water Systems or Heli-Sep. These units work well in my application, but there is no indication of the quantities you are refering to.
