Hi,

I am really glad that someone is posting from a war torn country. I hope you are local resident of Afghanistan and working for rebuilding it,

I really wish to help you for this matter but information you provided is really very minimal. Can you just reply with the further details like what kind of stabilizer it is?

Is it servo stabilizer with three variacs? If yes are they controlled with one motor or three different motors? And all other info you have,

The Voltage of the By-Pass can not be stabilised. This is because it is the By-Pass and does Not go through the Stabilser circuits.

It is there for Maintenance and to support the system if the stabilser fails without dropping the operational load.

Regards,
Sapper.
