What does the user manual have to say on the subject?

There are several different options for the 1FT5 motors. If you will post the entire motor part number I can send you the manual for adjusting the encoder.

That having been said; unless you are replacing the encoder there is almost no reason to adjust these. If you have a resolver on the motor then you have to adjust.

Let me know and I will be happy to help.
