How to fabricate the twested foils

Dear All,

I am looking for the process to fabricate the twisted foil with perforation. The foil thickness is 0.2mm and the width is 17mm. I have to make 9 twist over 600mm length. pls look at the attached figure for reference.

please let me know the process to fabricate this part.

Hold both ends. Keep under tension and rotate the other end the required number of times.

Tension must be sufficient to distribute the twists along the length, but not enough to distort the perforations unacceptably.

thats how turbulators made for heat exchangers.

I like to added thickness of the material has effect to it
