I think you are simply referring to purchasing crane rails - is that correct?

If that is so then -

According to ASTM A759:

3.1 Orders for crane rails under this specification shall
include the following information as appropriate:
3.1.1 Quantity (tons or pieces),
3.1.2 ASTM designation and year of issue,
3.1.3 Complete identification of section with dimensional
drawing if required (see 2.1 and 2.2),
3.1.4 Length of rails or length of runway as required, (see
6.3),
3.1.5 Arrangement of drilled bolt holes with dimensional
drawing if required,
3.1.6 Supplementary requirements that shall apply (see S1
through S4), and
3.1.7 Certification and Test Report Requirements (see Section 10).

You may also want to refer to:

ASTM Standards:
A 1 Specification for Carbon Steel Tee Rails
A 700 Practices for Packaging, Marking, and Loading Methods for Steel Products for Domestic Shipment

Design details for the special crane rails are indicated in the crane rail catalogs of individual manufacturers, and referred to in the following documents:

American Institute of Steel Construction, Inc. (AISC), Manual of Steel Construction, Seventh Edition, pp. 1–136 and 1–1374

Association of Iron and Steel Engineers (AISE), Standard No. 6, May 1, 1969, pp. MD-22 through MD-255

Crane Manufacturers Association, Inc. (CMAA), Specification No. 70, 1971, pp. 20 and 346

You should also include an option for welding the rails instead of bolting them. Welded rail is much better on a cost in use basis.

More info. : - Purpose of ship loaders is to load Urea granules to ship for export to cross-country via. sea transportation.

I hope, there will be an Operator Cabin with Belt conveyor , Platforms etc. to connect movable assembly of conveyors to fill Urea to Ship vessel.

If possible, furnish Vendor details.

Nilesh,

My company, "The Technology Consortium, Ltd.", offers a unique solution for ship loading.

This equipment consists of a mobile (Wheels) Belt Conveyor for positioning the discharge at the ship loading point. Additionally this conveyor is a "Sandwich belt" design which means it uses 2 flat belts to contain and protect the product during transfer. This is important for fine particles (Wind loss) and product protection (Rain) during the loading operation. We currently have units installed in shipping ports in Australia.

Please visit my website at www.4TTC.net and review the pictures and details of this equipment under the "Material Handling" section. All of my contact information is also located there. Feel free to contact me directly to get additional details...

Best Regards,

Ron>
