Creating VxWorks Bootable Flash Disks

I'm trying to archive some flash memory cards on MVME162 cards. I'd dearly love to be able to archive the contents but they're bootable VxWorks disks. Does anybody have a utility that will run on XP that will either create a bootable flash card that I can copy files to or simply create an exact image of the original cards? The vendor supplied solution is to boot and reboot repeatedly from a master diskette to create the bootable disks but time consuming doesn't begin to describe it.
