I am sorry, but what do you mean with "bottle reject mechanism"? What is it intended to do specifically?

Could you give the conditions that have to be met, for pass/fail.

bottle material, volume, size and shape.

and conditions that you want to reject, like missing fetaures, cracks, loose or severable grains/fragments of glass and worst sin of all bridging of glass from side to side.

We can't tell if you want to reject for color,transparency, fill of markings and details. Heck we can;t even tell if you are talking about glass or plastic.

First step create a wants need s document that details what MUST be rejected (needs) by the system. And then a list of what would be nice to have WANTS.
