Level measurement of Viscose in closed tank

Dear Sir,

I have a tank with Flanged capillary Rosemount transmitter mounted for level measurement. Total Tank height 91 inches , Level to be measured is 65 inches only.

Top capillary flange mounted at 91 inches.

Above the surface of viscose (S.G= 1.25) , vaccum (760mm Hg) acting on the top flange.

Now my question is what should be LRV and URV.

Dear Sir,

your answer is following

LRV is = (-1756 mm of Wc)

URV is = (+10170
