That will depend upon your local building and fire protection codes.

One would hope that you are not installing a sprinkler system in a building or complex anywhere near where I live or are likely to go into.

This is covered in building and fire safety codes......and before a premises is opened it would be inspected by fire safety officers.

If you don't know.............leave it to the experts.

Hi, Guest!

If you can get your hands on a copy of your local building code, there will be a section that answers your question.

Where do you intend to provide the sprinkler system (country, city)? Maybe there is no local building code?
