Nuts and Motors

Dear All,

Due to carelessness,A nut (5mm) which is used in Motor TB entered inside the motor(30kw,415v) through TB. would it cause any problem.

Kindly help me.

If you're very lucky, no. BUT it will probably cause a catastrophic failure at some stage.

It would be best to open the motor casing, locate and remove the nut, and re-assemble. It may be that this can only be done in an appropriate workshop facility.

If the nut is of non-magnetic material, turning the motor to the stable-2 position and shaking it may be all that is required to remove it.
