Continuous Casting Furnaces - Materials and Construction

i would like to know how is preparation of inside of horizantal continuous casting furnace? about material, and putting it together, and sealing to graphite die.

I may have not understood, but, in continuous casting, you don't have a die to seal. You have refrigerated rollers and solidification is carried in a controlled way to obtain the shape over them, vertically. Then, the 'subproduct' is turned to horizontal position. Add some refrigerating sprays, heaters, closed or opened covers to control cooling, and there you are.
