What's the Best XDSL Technology?

what is the best XDSL technology that would be ideal to use for a company of 30 people,
15 using simultanious VoIP calls, all 30 using net browsing and also need to upload data ( this can be done during the night)

It would depend on your available xDSL suppliers for the area your moving into, also the availability of a exchange close enough to give you the speeds your after.

ADSL, ADSL2/2+ You may not get 2/2+ speeds if your too far from the exchange, also some new estates are connected with "Pair-gain" which means DSL is unavilable (multiple parties share 1/2 the wire pair)

You could look at HDSL or ISDN (not sure why you'd go for ISDN these days)

Alot of people are doing ADSL for their main business.

Others are maybe cable or fibrelink?

hmm the company is about 1.5Km from the exchange
