Could you be more explicit? A not clear question cannot be answered the right way.

And PLEASE DO NOT SHOUT !

A valve is a control device it is not usually intended to consume air. It is to control flow to the devices that consume the air. Look to the devices that are being controlled for air consumption.

I say not usually intended because I have seen where they have been used to create a vacuum to a device.

Unless the valve is faulty and leaks.

As indicated by the guest the solenoid is used to control a device so the only loss or consumption of air would be from the controlled device downstream of the solenoid and the use of air occurs when it switches to exhaust the air and then switches to direct the air to the controlled device. The volume could then be that of the actuator cylinder that the solenoid is feeding and how many times it is expected to cycle over a period of time. For control valve positioners the consumption is based on a average cycle time and the volume is usually stated on their data sheets.
