Polar-Mohr Eltromat72 - Phase Converter

Moved and cant find our manual and wiring diagram. (As soon as I find I will scan and post) I am trying to obtain an electrical schematic drawing & if possible a service manual for a Polar-Mohr Eltromat72 paper guillotine. I have tried the manufacturers & some agents without success. Any info would be appreciated

My problem is that I moved the cutter from a shop with 3 phaze to a shop without 3 phaze. Hav a phaze converter hooked up but motor will try to work then blow breaker. If I start the cutter and give the motor some help at startup, it will work fine. Any Ideas?

Where are you based? There is a chap as you will see, who may be able to help but I will leave it to you to ask. He lives in New Zealand. I know he has everything you want but you may have to pay for it. He was a Heidelberg Mechanic and has several different manual with schematics etc. I would appreciate it if you could find time to get back to me to let me know how you get on.

I had no luck finding schematics or any kind of guillotine diagram, and I was looking for several weeks.

Hi i got polar mohr 72 guillotine eletromat from usa labels as 3 phase . I installed on three phases... but once i run the machine the machine breaker turns off... can i know how to solve it ?

I would check the voltage and hz rating to make sure your supply is within spec....check the amperage draw to make sure the breaker is operating properly or is weak....

It's solved ... we used a 380v transformer into 3 lines 220v each ... i am facing another issue now.. once i press cut buttons doesnot respond unless i press ( off) the first light button on the left ... then the knife will cut and back guage moves towards the knife Automatically ... i press back (on) to the same button the knife will work but will respond after you hold on like 5 sec on cut buttons.... another thing I've noticed that once i move the back guage in any direction the knife will not respond again.... Any idea? Or any manual or diagram for this machine :( ...
