Seriously, you need to give us a bit more detail than that.

What type of data - docs, text, graphics, video?

Is it local, ie wired directly, or is it LAN, or internet?

What exactly do you want to do?

i want do the supermarket system.use LAN.when the cashier scan that barcode the data will send to stor.

I suppose, you can use IDispatch [DCOM] Component to program the network connectivity between the computers. if you are just interested in connectivity to a database that is even easier, simply use ODBC, ADO Objects or any of the other many database objects already developed by MS.
