Step 1) Attach propeller blades to an induction motor.

Step 2) Apply electrical power to the induction motor.

Step 3) Windmill produces wind.

Missed the starter

Guest : You mean Induction generator and not Induction Motor

Why induction generator ? you need line frequency to synchronise and then adjust your gearbox (must have variable one) to keep on adjusting the value of the Gen to have the required slip.
