what is shart fall level, why we calculate it.

Something is wrong with your English translation. "Shart" is not a word, and "fall" has no context in electrical equipment that I can think of, other than an electrician falling off of a ladder.

Shart is slang. It is a combination of two words Fart and Sh##. This is what happens when an individual attempts to pass gas, but instead matter passes as well.

Fall, I concur with.
