What's a method statement? What are you trying to achieve?

Probably your consultant has asked to do so before carry out actual job. to fit your purpose you need to provide step by step procedure for how you are going to execute. it wiil contain information like 1) safety precution for both equipment and humanbeing 2) storage of equipment 3) transportation 4) instalation detail 5) tools usage to instale 6) testing procedure etc. Mothod statement is all about how safely you are handling the total work to meet the job demand.

Thanks.
