Talk to the certifying organization. They should know. That is, if you're not just looking for someone to do your job for you.

I don't know what country you are in, but in the USA you could ask OSHA or at your local fire house. There are loads of private companies who give this training, you may just need a push in the right direction.

There is no universal "certifying" authority because the controlling EU directives just specify what the allowable levels are (with exemptions), but not how they want you to achieve them. Be careful what you legally certify. Whether you test or just obtain certifications from your suppliers, you could still be liable for a non-compliance. Check out your customer's requirements and expectations. Also check out the new RoHS2..........everyone in the supply chain (including distributors) will be liable!
