I always felt you are very narrow minded (any way what else can be expected from earth creatures)

Guest- I know a million of them, from every corner of universe, just tell me the sector- are you from the solar system or from any other say Sirius or other galaxy. Roughly translated in earth languages - it will be called Diploma in Mech engg.- but the correspondence will not be in papers if you mean that, it will be mostly in 3D holographic.

On a serious note: the value of correspondence diploma- find out- if you do get the papers what value your prospective employers will put on it, especially when so many regular diplomas are available.

Ever thought about doing part time evening diplomas ? a lot of colleges offer them.

My mind has to be fairly narrow to fit in a Cat's skull...
You can have a broader mind because you have a fat head

and no radiating fins (er furs) on it. So everything is retained.

Did you see - no degree or diploma in any related field (I would have at least expected one in science not necessary technical even physics would have done it) and design engineer ? are you scared of riding the automobile ? may be i will be inside the switches.

If you are in India, then you could apply for the AMIE course. Contact your nearest Institution of Engineers office for the details

What's that, the starter switch? Headlight switch? Which switch you workin on?

Why bother with all the time, effort and hassle of actually trying to learn something, by correspondence? Instead, just cut to the chase and get your degree on line! Start earning that overinflated salary immediately. Pay today & get graduated before the sun sets on your hemisphere!

We had some joker come in for an interview for a manufacturing engineering position who actually purchased an advanced engineering degree from Belford University. His Doctor of Science degree was in Aerospace Engineering with distinction in "Aerospace Engineering Problems". Of course, he only bought the 3.18 GPA.

Hope he never actually designed anything for Airbus!

I still laugh at the Diploma mill busted just north east of here in Spokane.

The Federal Courts tried to cover up the individual's names. Turns out that Federal Agents/employees were customers.

http://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/schoolzone/archives/144693.asp

Someone in the federal courthouse leaked the list to the press.

Of the 9,612 listed 130 are military and 17 are government employees.

Yes you too can commit fraud and if you are real lucky, only get fired.

What were they thinking?

Brad

I assume you are from India. In all big cities there is Department of Technical Education who can guide you. You can also visit Vocational Guidance Center.
