Source File Locater

i am looking for software that will allow me to veiw the source files of certain questionable files on my computer and also and files corrupted by any commands or any hijacked or key logged info or registry entries, keys etc..... that may have been inffected by it..... where might i possibly find something like that??... if it could identify problem files as well it would be a big pluss>>>>
