I am doin my project "FPGA based space vector PWM for inverter circuit". I have to generate a space vector PWM using VHDL coding to give as a triggering pulse to the IGBT/Thyristor/GTO.
I need to know what is space vector PWM and how it occurs??.
I am doin my project FPGA based space vector PWM for inverter circuit ...I need to know what is space vector PWM ?
I think I had seen a couple of posts from more grown up though it went like ..
I want to put a manufacturing plant for making RTDs , I want to know what is an RTD
or
I want to manufacture fasteners i want to know what machines and facilities are required.
Before you select a project, is it not necessary that you have an idea of the basics or "Some of the projects are thrust upon them ? "
Please study, search the net, go through your text book and then in case of doubt ask your project guide.
Google it and you have 47500 results and at least the firest few are detailed in pdf format
With your physic and the $ behind you, in todays economy you need not be shy to ask the question.

Sir I hve googled , enquired, i really tried hard learning dis topic.. but certain things in this topics are bit difficult to understand.... All papers show some calculation which is alright but i don understand the conversion part where it says dat for space vector u need to transform it to stationary dq axis .....
If i can get any guidance regarding this topic.. I ll be very thankful to you
Look for Park and Clarke transformations, and first...understand what is a space phasor... that will help u understand how do u come to using the space phasor instead the 3-phased voltage refrence for PWM.
