I want to know about PLC Program.

Basicaaly I am an electrical Engineer.

I want to join in a company which is based on PLCProgram.

One of the best things you can do (for starters) is to register with this site. It's free and doesn't take much time. Just choose the "Register" link in the upper-right corner of the red bar.

Nearly all <...PLC...> manufacturers run training courses on the use of their equipment and firmware.
