i am very confuse about plc , how it can work, what is its basics , about its i/p , o/p

so plesae tell me a proper solution

if there is any website about this or some notes please help me

All reputable <...plc...> manufacturers run training courses for users of their products.

As the name of the manufacturer in question has been withheld from the forum, it is up to Anonymous Poster to make enquiries and book attendance on one. There will be a fee. Consider it an investment.
