I did a search in CR4 only. 10 pages of discussion around "Cable Size".

I suggest you look again.

Read Wareagle's reaponse.. It will save you a lot of trouble.

First you calculate what the load is going to be. Say the load calculations determine that the load is 400 amps. You then look in electrical code that applies to your area and select the conductor rated 400 amps or more. Other factors determine if the conductor selected meets the required criteria. Since you had to ask this question, you probably are not qualified to make these calculations. Suggest you get some one who is qualified.

Hi there,

Wareeagle - I like the answer. If you have to ask what the formula is or how to do it - you are definately not qualified to do it.

Pity he did not go look at the aberdare website - some people are to lazy to read.

Had he seen it and followed it, he would have burnt a cable or sabotaged a transformer (with my help ) and then he would have blamed the poor cableman.

let him do it gremlins always support this type of destructive experiments.
