Interfacing SCADA and tank gauging software

Hi, I want to interface a tank gauging software with a SCADA, could you all you give me ideas, i have the speeds of communication for SCADA and all other parameters required but on initial communications, we were able to receive information on SCADA but it was incorrect. HELP

you didn't set up the engineering units correctly would be my first guess. Next, is your output from the transmitter set up right?

What does the SCADA manufacturer's technical helpline say on the subject?
