what is the best suitable pipe for HCL40%

Hi

In last massage i wrote 60% but i would be 40%

Pressure:2 bar

temp:below 50

Sch80 PVC will work well for this.

Agree. PVC unlikely to be affected by HCL.

HDPE should also work well and can be easily heat welded.

CPVC would be a better choice than PVC. If outdoors either use CPVC or paint your PVC pipe to prevent UV degradation.

Teflon llined steel pipe is typically used for HCl service
