how do i calculate the chilled water quantity for AHU of any capacity.

What I believe you are trying to say is that the question is too broad to provide a detailed answer; however, I don't feel that the above comment is appropriate. If you don't have anything constructive to offer - don't bother with the insults.

I more constructive answer would be to ask/inform the Original Questioner that the question is much too broad and offer links where more information can be found, such as:
