i am use in endrees and hauser flow meter promag 53 , DN 80 in highly acidic material temp of 135 deg this flow meter problem r get fluctuation of flow and totalizer
There could be several reasons for a noisy flow indication.
There really is fluctuations in the flow - may be caused by improper installation such as a valve or bend just before the flowmeter. Maybe the flowmeter is close to a pump. Whenever possible, I try to have at least 30 diameters of straight pipe before a flowmeter, no matter what type it is.
You have a partial clog in the pipe
Your flowmeter's power supply has noise in it
Your flowmeter is improperly grounded
Your signal cable is running close to a high power cable - variable frequency drives are especially bad for analog signal cables.
Your pipe is vibrating
If you have flow control loop, your PID settings are probably too sensitive for flow. The control valve may be always over-correcting
Your flowmeter may be defective.

Vulcan
