Have it repaired or replaced and calibrated by a competent service person.

First of all, if this is a new unit, I would call the installer and insist that they get it to work.

If it's not new or you installed it yourself, read the manual. If you don't have a manual, its here.

If you can't make heads of tails of the manual, contact Krohne and ask for help.

regards,

Vulcan

Hi there,

This might sound stupid - but is the fluid you are measuring even conductive?

ultrasonic measurements does not need a "conductive" fluid.

Yes you are right - did not read the meter type properly.

You could have a problem though if you are using a doppler type instead of transient time measurement. You might also have problems with the process medium itself.

My appologies for mistaking it for magflow ;)

Regards,

Craig
