Yes. A suitably sized and designed 1000kVA transformer and busbar system (including sturdy busbar supports to handle the magnetic field stress) can carry a short duration short circuit current of 4.82MVA (? did you mean MA instead).

Was that what you were trying to ask (your MVA, kA and KVA values don't match any power or distribution transformer standard I am aware of so I am assuming you have mixed the low and high voltage side figures)?
