Do you really mean 30 Million Tonnes? There are two concerns that you need to address. One is the structural design to support and enclose that load.(Wall thickness, foundations, roofing supports and al that stuff.)
The other is material selection. See below.
There were a couple of discussions on the storage of sulfuric acid in the last months on htis site, use the "Search all of CR4" option and lood for "sulfuric acid" and you will see lots of discussions on lining, repairing and maintaining sulfuric acid tanks of various materials.
Some of the items that come up also give advice on pipes and other handling devices.

If it's above about 92%, then mild steel is OK.
If it's below, then how about plastics? Forbes (usual disclaimer) does a good line in PVC tanks for all sorts of things. "Suits you, Sir! Ooooh!"
