Chrysler Crashes a Funeral

03/11/2009 6:57 AM

Some times you just scratch your head and wonder what on earth were they thinking?

Seems they didn't have enough problems already, and wanted to dig the hole a bit deeper.

Lawyers get paid to win cases not their humanity. Intimidating someone in morning can sometimes get the plaintiff to give up.

I doubt that Chrysler Management pays little attention to how their legal department works just looks at the bottom line. Maybe its time, this is bad PR that they can not afford at this time. Better economic time I doubt that this would have gotten the attention it did.

I hope now that the husband is a peace that she has the heart to carry thru.

Chrysler, the people company.........NOT!

Lawyers, should be considered a Mutation of the human race. a genus by itself and treated as such.

Why would Chrysler have the right to claim tissue samples? Isn't the burden of proof on the claimant, so shouldn't Mr. St. John have already provided tissue samples as evidence? More so, would samples collected by the defendent and then analyzed by an expert of their choosing be inadmissable as the opportunity to contanimate them or render them inert would be very easy?
