Torque on what ? shaft, screw, ? ? ?

1) Put a torque meter

2) Stress measure thorugh various means (straing gauge, x-ray defractography, magnetorestrictive sensors , magneto elastic sensors..._

3) Meaure the power transmitted and RPM and calculate.
