    • stamford alternator w/sx 440 avr
    • doosan daewoo engine
    • 3phase w/ 1000a abb cb.
    • w/ governor controller for the speed of the engine.
    • and we have low voltge pannel used for syncronization porposed now sir my question to you are?

chief,

must be same phase angle, voltage and frequency. before you synchronize, automatic voltage regulator. avr you can adjust the voltage there, and the speed is on the governor.

i hope it will help a little bit.

dear sir.

how are you? thank you sir for your kind reply i really appreciate.

your righ sir must to check 1st the phase angle and i did it already. I adjust the voltage, frequency and it goes to right settings 400v by 50hz with no load. But the is when the synchronise come in this the time give headache to us. This the following problem we suffer.

1. the voltage is up in down it the generator breaker is trip.

2. also the frequency is up and down.

3. the load sharing is not balance i.e gen1 is running at heavy load but the is running at less load.

4. and the reverse current is too high and the mean busbar is triping after few minutes..

can give me a tips how to solve this.

thank you more power.

Chief,

Check your prime mover,.because of the frequency is up and down,it will affect also the voltage.

or check your loadsharing seting,asynchronous,isoc.i.e

speed

dear sir......

A pleasant moment to you.

thank you sir for answering my questing and it help me here a lot. Now we run the 5genset with equal load sharing.

and we hope that we will achieve the success once again sir thank you very much.

more power sir and god bless......

dear sir.

gud morning. we checked it already it is exactly 50hz w/o load.

how can i fixed it to constant 50hz and 400v. because when we synchronised the 7 gen it could be flactuating of voltage and hz.

and that time the LV pannel was triping.

sir how can i avoid this and how to fixed this steable.

thank u more power.
