This ratio or reduction I don't know whether any worm can take effectively
This simply means that assuming it is a single start worm , the gear should have 0.1m teeth .
BTW: you are doing a project on worms, you are supposed to do the calculations. Study the worm drives, loads, you have to select the bearings based on load calculations on both shafts . Are you aware of the limitations of worm ? For this ratio I woudn't have gone for a single stage reduction, nor for worm for my drive to be efficient.
