what type of testing you are looking for

whether routine tests while manufacturing or testing while commisioning of the cables

if it is tests for manufacturing

for each stage hv test and insulation test will be done

while in commisioning of the cable we will check the ir values and hv test for the insulation . in critical areas we will go for the current carraying capacity test by flowing high current through the cable

also we will find the resistance of the cable by volage drop test.

hope my reply will clarify your dought

One can test and record:

  • End-to-end continuity
  • Individual conductor resistance
  • Conductor to earth resistance
  • Conductor to conductor resistance
  • Insulation breakdown voltage
  • conductor to conductor capacitance
  • conductor self-inductance
  • thermal performance
  • insulation longevity
  • minimum bending radius
  • etc.

so it depends upon what is required, really.

Invitation declined.

Consult locally a qualified Electrician instead. After all, the <...Cable...> cannot be seen from here, and neither can the end Client's requirements, which will drive the <...procedures...>.
