WHAT IS THE RELATION BETWEEN ACURACY CLASS OF METERS TO BE USED & THAT OF THE CTs & PTs TO WHICH THE METRS ARE CONNECTED? WHAT IMPACT CAN BE ON MEASUREMENTS IF BOTH ARE NOT MATCHED?

a) I am sick of saying the same thing again and again DO NOT SHOUT. We can hear you even if you talk normally. And shouting takes you nowhere.

b) In case there are more than one instrument in series, as per as metrological principle, it will be the composite error which will result. So I will say that statistically the measurement uncertainty of the combination will be the Root Sum of Square (RSS) value.
