1. Does the nozzles need 6 kg /sq.cm pressure ? Please find out that. Most likely ,it will be much less. So try for for other means like twin lobe compressors/roots blower etc.

2.Very simple calculation !and mix up of metric and fps. Show how you arrived at the the volume per minute.

3.First find out ,do you need 6 kg pressure every where ? if not supply some area with lower pressure from the compressor. for every 5 psi drop in compressor peak pressure you can save about 2 % of energy . There is no problem in going for common header , but look at the sizings of header,bends, reciever capacity vis a vis compressor capacity, peak pressure and unloading pressure of each one ,type of compressor ,screw/reciprocating etc.

Thank you for sending your suggestions, and replay to your msg.1 &3 ,the poeple who are using this spray system belive that, they required min. pr. of 6kg/sqcm.other wise it will not coat starch on the paper which movws along with felt.

Regarding arrangement of pipeline i will send photos of the line then you can able to find out better one.
